Uh, never mind..I found it..LOL..scratch my post at the J/E board..haha..this was great. Evangeline has always been the voice of reason. She knows him inside and out, and always has his back. I love that he needs her, and he knows he needs her. It's so refreshing to know that McBain isn't a completel idiot..LOL! Love the sexy banter and the openness and frankness in how they discuss and argue..I just love them!!

That was such a good chapter. I absolutely love your writing, it is so fresh and engaging. I was tired, so I though, but I read and reread, drinking the ale from her body parts and not bringing anything to the bed thats going to make a mess that he wont be willing to clean up crack me up.

And resist the notions in my head to start a new one that's been nudging me for a while now. With Dena Hack gone from OL I feel positively giddy with inspiration, now to get REG back in the building!

As always, the updates to this story remain a special treat. I’m looking forward to your spin on Thomas McBain’s death; a storyline intellectually written with common sense which was never accomplished on screen. I think this is my most favorite story of yours Daphne! I get all giddy when I see you've updated it. I really do! It's what should have played on television over the course of these past few years, but then again we wouldn't get your fantastic writing to tell us the true story of trust, love, and building a life with someone who completly gets you and will do anything to make you a better person. Don't stop now, there's SOOOOOOOO much more to tell, and I'll always be here to read it!

Thank you for revisting their past. It is important for us not to lose sight of where John and Evangeline have come from; regardless of what TIIC have done to re-write their history.
John was destroyed when Evangeline left him; I think it is what motivates him now. Not this Daddy's death thing... It is the fact that Evangeline said she would stick with him forever, and she didn't and his world fell apart when she walked away.
I love how you have it all starting to come out. I want so much for the show to do the same thing. I have no faith in TPTB so I put my faith in you to do John and Evangeline's story justice.
