Uh, if they use Hugh for the original, then they better use him for the sequel. I can't think of a better Wolverine. I wonder how the original one was though... According to the Director's commentary, Hugh was actually a replacement when the original moved on to a different movie.

The actor originally chosen to play Wolverine was Dougray Scott of "Ever After" fame.
According to IMDB:
Was cast as Wolverine in X-Men (2000), but had to leave due to a schedule conflict with Mission: Impossible II (2000).

I think because he was younger, they were going more for the Wolverine/Rogue ship. But with Hugh Jackman, they went the Jean Grey route.
Although we'll never know for sure.

And I totally agree, I can't imagine anyone else being Wolverine now.

I hear filming is delayed because of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
This 2nd movie was doing the Japan/Mariko storyline.

When is the iPhone 5 ( or successor of the iPhone 4) likely to be released? I lost my personal iphone a few weeks ago, and I was wanting to know if I should just obtain the iPhone 4 now or maybe wait for the i phone five... In addition, I discovered the i phone 4's display screen shatters easily enough if you ever fall it w/o a case. Can be that real?
