It's funny the little things I love or would love to see on the show... John Reese in that bed, perhaps without a shirt on, tops my list of must see.
Liked the little subtle reference to John and Amanda reacting to the storm, while Finch barely even notices. If that isn't Finch... i don't know what is.

Author's Response: I was shocked at Reese's choice in literature, weren't you? I think Reese would sleep in the raw. Hey, every girl can dream. The thunder storm, hopefully, helped to establish the mood of the moment and introduce an OC in an acceptable way. Whew, if so.
As to page 146..I actually have a favorite page out of a Lisa Klepas book, so..I kinda took a cue from real life on that one..hahah
I don't care how womens lib I can be, if John Reese offered to carry my ass... I'm taking the man up on the offer. All the while, thanking him for being a gentleman by licking his neck... and what ever else is offered up.

I was hoping Davidivitch didn't come off as promiscuous or too pushy. Finch was in a bad mood indeed but his Grace was giving him a bit of a scare, wasn't she. I am very interested in The Machine. who isn't, right? And yes, Finch has a multitude of ties whereas Reese doesn't own one..I think he rents them when necessary. Diverse, both men. Which proves wonderful for all we females watching.
I had to chuckle about the 'so many uses' remark. a woman after my own heart!
Ahhh, so thats what's made Finch so pissy. Well... he'll just have to get a new girl... I think I know where one might be available for the taking.

Author's Response: I couldn't hear Reese saying that line but in my head, I WANTED him to say ..soft and sassy, in that soft, menacing, melty seductive way he has about him.
Reese, oft times, makes a person need a stiff drink, let alone coffee. I feel I did not write well for Finch as he is far more intellectual than I. I did my best though and had a blast trying to live up to his reputations.
I had to go back to check on the 'shirt...which my girlfriend actually owns. again, real life rears it's ugly head..hahaha
I have to agree with the ladies - tie or no tie, pants or no pants... he looks good no matter what.

I wonder what I would do with a free hour just to sit and 'be' with Finch and/or Reese. With ME/JC, I have so many questions about their characters and careers but..the actual name sakes they portray? Not sure I could come up with anything but inarticulate jibberish..I would be so intimidated and nervous.

Descriptive writing does not come to me easily. I struggle desperately over each passage so when someone notices and comments, it's the best feeling in the Universe.
