I Guess You Get Used To Somebody
John had just gone through 3 long months of therapy which helped him with alot
of stuff.
It helped him remember who shot his father,it helped him finally put the blame
for Caitlin's death on Steven Haver and take it off of himself,it helped him realize
that he couldn't and didn't need to save the world and most importantly it helped
him learn to love himself so that he could finally tell Evangeline how much he
loved her.
He called her and asked her to come over to his place and when she knocked
on his door he said."Come in."
She walked in and he was standing in the middle of the room dressed to the
nines.
She looked at him confused and said."John,what's going on?"
He smiled and said."I just wanted to introduce you to the new and improved
John McBain.The John McBain who loves himself and isn't affraid so share
his feelings."
"What are you trying to say to me?"she asked
"I'm trying to tell you that I love you and I want us back,only I want us back as
a couple who shares their thought and feelings as well as their bodies.I guess
what I'm trying to tell you is."

When he finished the song she stood there stunned.
He walked up to her and said."I want to get used to being loved again.Will
you come back to me.I love you so much.I just want us back."
She suddenly ran into his arms,kissed him and said."I love you too,but you know
that you have a voice only a mother could love or the woman who plans to never
let you go.
He laughed and said."If you think my singing is bad wait til you taste the food
I cooked."
He pulled her into another kiss and they spent the rest of the evening getting
to know each other again.
