Evangeline Williamson, attorney at law sat in her car looking out at the looming structure of the house in front of her. Two weeks ago a Mr. Hubert Grant, calling himself a representative of Mr. C. Morrison, asked to set up a meeting between her and his employer.

This mysterious Morrison moved to LLandview last month and no one had actually seen the man. All his business dealings were done by his representative. By the look of the house, she guessed that Morrison must be quite wealthy as well as eccentric.

The ring of her cell phone was like a gun shot in the quiet of her car.
Answering the cell she said, "Hello."
"Hi babe.”
Evangeline smiled as she recognized John's voice on the other end of the line.
"Hey yourself, handsome."
"You busy?" he asked.
"Sitting in my car trying to work up the nerve to knock on the door of the Morrison mansion," she finished with a laugh.
"You'll be fine. You are the brightest, strongest, sexiest
lawyer I know. You'll knock his socks off," he said, love evident in
his voice.
"Thanks for the vote of confidence. How are you doing?"
"I'm o.k. almost through with this report I had to fill out. What do
you say we meet at Rodi’s after work," he said.
"Sounds like a plan."
"Good luck and remember I love you."
"I love you too," she replied. After saying their goodbyes she hung up her cell.

Getting out of the car she made her way toward the ornate double doors of the estate.
She rang the doorbell and in a few moments it was answered by the butler.
"Ms. Williamson," said the tall, reed thin man at the door.

After showing her in and leading her to the living room he said, "Mr. Morrison will be down shortly."
"Thank you," Evangeline said.

The butler gave her a curt nod and left. Seconds passed and she heard foot steps approaching behind her.
"Ms. Williamson," a deep voice said.
Turning in the direction of the voice she said, "Mr.
Morr..." "Please, call me Caleb," he said, taking her offered hand.
He noticed her staring at him.
"Is there something wrong, Ms. Williamson?" Evangeline could only look at him in shock. Caleb Morrison was an exact double of John McBain.
